The Staff
Ruth Ann Luciano
Ruth Ann Luciano is the firm’s nursing consultant. A large part of her role involves review and analysis of medical records. Ruth Ann earned her nursing diploma from George Brown College in 1991 and has cared for adult and pediatric patients with surgical, medical and palliative care needs both in the hospital and the community. She began consulting on medical files in 1995 and became a full time member of the firm in 2002. She became a law clerk in 2003, joined the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2006 and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, OTLA Law Clerks section.
Heather White
Heather White is a senior law clerk. Heather has a diploma in Law and Security Administration from Sir Sandford Fleming College. Prior to joining Harte Law in 2010, she worked as a legal assistant in personal injury defense for 10 years.
