Giuseppe (Joe) michelucci

Joe joined Paul Harte after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996. He has been practising law since 1997. His practise is restricted to medical negligence.

Joe’s practice has focused primarily on large, complex litigation. He was a team leader for a number of large mass tort actions with the firm, including the ground breaking mass torto litigation involving disgraced physicians, Errol Wai-Ping and Richard Austin. Joe has particular knowledge and expertise in the medical and legal aspects of obstetrics and gynecology litigation having been involved in the successful prosecution of dozens of these cases.

Joe is also involved in volunteer work in his community and is the immediate-past Treasurer and a Board Member at the Central Eglinton Children's Centre, a not-for-profit child care centre in his neighborhood.

Joe is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization.
